At this time, we accept regular bank transfers and if you are in the Netherlands you can also use Tikkie. To fund your account, open the app, go to your portfolio, tap on ‘Total account’ and then on ‘Top up’.
Select ‘Bank transfer’ to find all the necessary transfer details: “Beneficiary”, “IBAN” and “Description” or select 'Tikkie' and make a direct deposit. If you select bank transfer please make sure that you copy all three fields correctly, otherwise, your deposit will not go through.
All transfer details are required for every single deposit into your BUX Zero account (not just the first one). On average it takes one working day for a bank transfer to arrive. With Tikkie your deposit will be on your account directly.
For the time being, you can only link one IBAN to your BUX Zero account. So, before making a deposit, please double-check that you are using the correct bank account.
