At this time, we accept regular bank transfers for all countries, and we have 2 other options for the Netherlands and Germany.


For all countries we have a bank transfer, this is how it works:

To fund your account please open the app, go to your portfolio, tap on ‘Total account’ and then on ‘Top up’. Select ‘Bank transfer’ to find all the necessary transfer details:

  • Beneficiary

  • IBAN

  • Description


Please ensure that you copy all three fields correctly, otherwise, your deposit will not go through. After you have copied all the necessary details please go to your own banking app or website (or even at the bank itself) to make a bank transfer. Please make sure to include the description code.


All transfer details are required for every single deposit into your BUX Zero account (not just the first one). On average it takes 1-2 working days for a bank transfer to arrive.


Living in the Netherlands? Then we also have Tikkie, this is how it works:

To fund your account please open the app, go to your portfolio, tap on ‘Total account’ and then on ‘Top up’. Select ‘Tikkie’ you are then redirected to Tikkie where you can choose your bank account and proceed through your own baking environment. Deposits through Tikkie are instant.


Living in Germany? Then we also have Open banking as a payment option:

Open Banking is a secure way to make transfers directly from your bank to your BUX account, it is provided by SafeConnect. 


To use this payment option please open the app, go to your portfolio, tap on ‘Total account’ and then on ‘Top up’. Select SafeConnect as a payment option.


Here you can select your bank account and choose the amount you would like to deposit. Check the page and click ‘’Connect to my bank’’. Please follow the steps and make the deposit..

Deposits through open banking take up to 1-2 working days to come into your BUX Zero account.

Please note that we are working on adding more banks in the near future.


With all payment methods please make sure you are using your linked bank account as for the time being, you can only link one IBAN to your BUX Zero account.
